AGER IP66 Outdoor Series Cabinets
Outdoor cabinets with IP66 protection class in accordance with EN60529 standard; It is suitable for external environment conditions for IT solutions, resistant to contact, foreign objects, water and corrosion. It is made of DX51D + ZN275 material. It provides IP66 protection class by preventing dust and water ingress thanks to its polyurethane sealed cover. It is resistant to vandalism with its 3-point handle lock system. Cabinet with RAL7035 fireproof gray polyester electrostatic powder paint applied on mono-block structure; It protects from corrosion, variable weather conditions such as heat and icing. There is an insulation material between its double-skinned structure. Optionally, it can be air-conditioned.

Ventilation system
While the 2-thermostat fan module on the upper part, which is offered as an option, suction out, air circulation is provided by the filters at the bottom. While the fans take the fresh air from the filter vent. It drains the dirty air and heat out of the hat.

Double Skin Structure
Thanks to its double-walled and insulated structure, it provides a high level of protection of the devices inside against external factors, impacts, vandalism and bad weather conditions. Outer skin 1.5mm, inner skin 1.0mm DX51D + ZN275 is made of galvanized steel material. Considering the environmental and regional conditions, double-walled, 8mm polyurethane thermal insulation material is used in the panels. Using an insulated structure helps to keep the cabin interior temperature at the optimum level in hot and cold weather conditions. By means of the filter grids on the body, it allows the cold clean air in the external environment to enter into the panel and reduce the temperature inside the panel by natural radiation. Circulation fans are the fans that allow the air inside the panel to be discharged. It lowers the temperature and prevents heat condensation that could damage active devices.

Sealing
Polyurethane gasket is applied to the cover of the panel and to the hat.

Lock system
It can be locked from three points and provides full security with zamak metal body handle lock against vandalism.

Paint
Polyester paint suitable for outdoor conditions is used. It has a structure that provides protection against external effects and solar radiation. Standard color RAL 7035 polyester outdoor paint is applied. As an option, pre-paint primer can be applied for long-lasting high protection.

19 ”Device Props
It has movable device rails throughout the depth of the panel. It is made of 1.5mm DX51D + ZN275 material. It is found on the "U" numbers that provide easy installation.

Filter System
Ventilation filters are located on the sides of all models of panels. In this way, fresh air is taken in from the lower part, and the dirty air, moisture and heat accumulated inside are evacuated thanks to the fans on the upper part. Cleanable and replaceable dust filters are used. Upon request, fans can be installed on right and left filters.

Bottom Cable Entries
It can be applied with a sleeve or a brush to the cable entry part of the field panels. Standard cable entries; 1XPG29, 2XPG21 and 2XØ28 PVC end caps are applied.
